The Winter BHIP schedule will continue for another two weeks! Please be sure to register for the Spring Quarter this week as we will be offering virtual and in-person classes on a new schedule starting 4/5!

Mobility Day
Friday, 3/5


Join us this Friday at all class times for another virtual mobility day. This is arguably the most beneficial thing we do to help counteract the great deal of sitting so many of us are experiencing lately. You will need a device for myofascial release (foam roller, ball, hydroflask, soup can, etc.) and something to cushion your knees with. We hope to see you all there!

10 DB Single Leg RDL's per side
8 Single Leg Sit to Stands per side

Part 2) 4 Rounds
10 Straight Leg Raises
10 Hollow Rocks
10 Side Lying V-ups per side



Wed 3/31

5 Rounds
45 seconds Plank Elevators
45 seconds Weighted Lateral Lunge L
45 seconds Weighted Lateral Lunge R
45 seconds Hollow Rock or Hold
