Rec Cubs

Campers must be 5-6 years old by September 1, 2026 and entering Kindergarten - 1st Grade in Fall 2026.

This program is geared toward supporting first-time campers to acclimate to the camp experience. Activities include arts & crafts, outdoor games, science-based fun, music & movement and weekly waterplay activities. This program does NOT include recreational swimming or Learn to Swim Add-on. This 1-week program runs Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center.

Registration Opens 2/10 at noon.

  • 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM Drop-Off
  • 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM Camp Programming
  • 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Pick-Up

Camp Fees are organized in a three-tier payment system.

  • TIER 1: CURRENT UCLA STUDENTS
  • TIER 3: UCLA STAFF AND FACULTY
  • TIER 5: ALL OTHERS
