I am so grateful and honored to work with a student staff who consider themselves family, who work tirelessly to keep our facility safe and playable. They handle challenging situations with grace and empathy, trying to serve every part's needs appropriately. They communicate during and outside of work hours to make sure problems are solved and that there is follow through on even the smallest issue. We literally could not run all the programming, events and tenant spaces without them. Their endless dedication to one another is unmatched and they have created a special sense of belonging where everyone is valued and respected. The Challenge Course staff of Team Building Facilitators are one of a kind! They bring thoughtfulness to planning meaningful team bonding experiences for our clients.
